Terms for using ReportCFD
Jun 11, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using ReportCFD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

ReportCFD provides AI-assisted drafting for CFD reporting workflows. It can help interpret CFD post-processing materials, generate speaker notes, and list limitations or checks before presenting.

ReportCFD output is not a final engineering decision, simulation verification, design review, or professional sign-off. You remain responsible for reviewing generated text before using it in reports, presentations, client communication, or engineering decisions.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • upload only materials you are authorized to process through ReportCFD and its AI providers
  • review all generated outputs before use
  • verify numerical values, boundary conditions, mesh quality, convergence, operating points, and design limits before presenting
  • avoid using the service for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
  • avoid attempting to bypass usage limits, credits, rate limits, or security controls

Confidential and Sensitive Materials

CFD results can contain product geometry, internal flow paths, thermal designs, customer projects, or other technical information. You are responsible for determining whether a given material can be uploaded under your organization, customer, or project confidentiality rules.

ReportCFD does not store uploaded CFD materials or generated reports in our database or object storage by default, but uploaded materials are sent to an AI provider to produce the requested response. The upload area currently accepts image materials first; support for additional post-processing materials may be added later.

Accounts and Credits

Some features require an account. Free beta credits, anonymous trial generations, and paid usage limits may change as the product evolves.

Credits are used to control access and cost. A successful interpretation may deduct credits according to the current product rules.

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, automated scraping, excessive requests, attempts to bypass credits, or activity that harms the service.

Generated Output

Generated output is provided as drafting assistance. It may contain errors, omissions, uncertain interpretations, or statements that require engineering verification.

You should not treat generated output as final proof that a design is safe, unsafe, compliant, non-compliant, optimal, or defective unless those conclusions are independently supported by your simulation data, requirements, and engineering review.

Payments

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, refunds, renewals, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout or in the applicable plan documentation.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of materials you upload and reports you create, subject to any rights held by your employer, customer, or project owner.

ReportCFD, its interface, code, brand, documentation, and product design remain the property of ReportCFD or its operators.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReportCFD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for engineering, commercial, or project losses arising from reliance on generated output.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReportCFD after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
